Emmerdale spoilers: Debbie Dingle star teases death for Cain Dingle after Joe Tate murder? | TV & Radio | Showbiz & TV

Cain (played by Jeff Hordley) punched Joe (Ned Porteous) and the blow and subsequent fall appeared to kill the young man, according to Graham Foster (Andrew Scarborough) on ITV soap Emmerdale.

He was wracked with guilt as Graham (Andrew Scarborough) took control of the situation and buried the truth of what happened.

Cain’s daughter Debbie Dingle (Charley Webb) will no doubt be distraught if she finds out Joe’s dead at the hands of her father.

Now, Debbie actress Charley has lifted the lid on how her character may react to the situation.

“I don’t know, it will be interesting to see when she finds out,” she said.

“It will definitely change their relationship and it will be hard to forgive.

“Obviously he didn’t tell her as well and if he had, maybe she could have dealt with it had she known what had happened, she obviously would be upset and angry but it’s the lie as well… she might kill him,” Charley continued.

However the question of what happened to Joe is still up in the air as his fate was left rather ambiguous.

Graham put Joe in his boot, but viewers saw Joe’s fingers twitch.

Later on, Graham was seen standing by a viaduct with the boot of his car now empty before completely breaking down.

So did Graham actually kill Joe?

Graham later went to visit Cain where he told him: “I said I’d take care of things and I meant it, you’ll just have to trust me.”

“Where is he?” Cain questioned.

“Forgive my patronising but isn’t it more sensible that you don’t know? That’s generally how these things tend to work.” Graham replied.

Graham was tasked with getting rid of Joe on the orders of Kim Tate (Claire King) but he couldn’t go through with it before.

He had tried to get Joe to flee with £100,000, which he had accepted before being hit by Cain.

Joe was ready to leave Debbie behind for his own safety but the poor mother-of-two didn’t know what was really going on.

Tonight’s episode saw her tearfully break down as she told Sarah Sugden (Katie Hill) Joe had left them.

She even declared that she hated him, but her attitude might change when she discovers the truth.

Emmerdale continues tomorrow at 7pm on ITV.
